Hi,
We are on E-Recruit 617, SP 7.
When Administrator is trying to Maintain Support Group, while trying to add members to a support group, the open search by Personnel number (F4 option, First Name, Last Name based search) is not showing any employees or personnel numbers. It is blank and empty.
But when Employee number is directly given, the person is accepted and role can be assigned.
Why the personnel number based search is not working ?
Any issues with TREX ?
Which configuration points to be checked for this issue ?

Hi Paul,
The personnel number based search uses the SES/TREX to compile a result list.
In the case that you didn't execute report HRALXSYNC to generate internal candidates for your employees, otherwise they will not appear in the search results.
If you enter a personnel number directly, the search is skipped.
