Personnel Cost Planning - cost items not collected while running PHCPDCUI

Hello Experts,

I have created a cost item (Z111) and assigned it to a symbolic account (Z111). The cost item Z111 is dependent on another cost item (ZABC), and this is configured in the SPRO node: Process Dependent and Additional Cost Items.

The cost item is added to premise for an Org grouping 1XY, and feature HCP01 is maintained.

However, when running Data Basis for costs, Tcode- S_ALN_01000431, the cost item Z111 is not showing up.

Can anyone hint what could possibly be missing?
