Why do we not see the 'Enable Personalized Learning Recommendations' in our preview instance? Is there some other configuration required in order to have this option available?

Hello, 

The option to enable the feature will be available to you when the feature is rolled out to the data center where your instance is hosted. Details will be updated on the KBA linked to the What’s New Viewer - https://me.sap.com/notes/3382799.

Can anyone help me understand why I am getting the below error while Enabling Personalized Recommendations from Admin Center under company logo and setting.
