Permission Groups and People Pool

Hello, is there any way to export/import the people pool data per permission groups? If none, what would be the best approach since I need to change the label and merge 3 legal entities into one.

Dear Ezekiel Soriano,

It is possible to export permission group/roles using reporting. Use domains RBP User to Group report or RBP User to Role report.

Import of the Permission group/role is not possible.

Hi Ezekiel,

You can use one or more of four RBP domain reports available in adhoc table reports.

For more details see this Knowledge Base Article: 2089542 - Different Types of RBP Reports Available in Report Table/Ad Hoc Reports

1. RBP User to Role Report: Provides a report listing all roles a user has been granted and what target populations have been applied.
2. RBP Permission to User Report: Provides a report detailing permissions and all users who have been granted these permissions.
3. RBP User to Group: Provides a report listing all users and the permission groups they are part of.
4. RBP Permission Roles: Provides a report listing all Permission Roles, their Grant populations and Target Populations.
