Period End Processing - Bookable Period Later than Valid To Date

My customer allows employees a little extra time to use their vacation. So, the Time Account is set up with Validity 1/1/2024 - 12/31/2024, but the Bookable Period is 1/1/2024 - 1/7/2025. 

We are now trying to close these accounts, but the PEP process is not picking up most of the records. I have tried many different date combinations, but it seems to only pick up ees hired during this year. 

Has anyone else run into this and have a solution? 

I found this note that indicates that the Bookable dates have to fall within the calendar period, but that would not be accurate.

Hi,

When you run the period-end processing via Manage Time off Calendars, if you want to close the 2024 account you would need to select New Calendar- Period End Processing, and then try to input Start date as 8th Jan 2024 and end date 7th Jan 2025. Hope this helps.
