Hi Team,
We use Succession and Development and Calibration module in our company and setup for Calibration is to use Employee Profile instead of Performance or Compensation forms.
And our business process is that, we can have a single employee on multiple calibration sessions of the same template.
We configure succession matrix grid report to include in-progress sessions as well.
Now, we are planning to use Performance vs Potential grid on the scorecard and we identified that the grid is not updating properly. As per the wiki page, I understand that in the above scenario, the employee's latest rating based on last modified date will get updated on the grid. But that does not happen.
Any other customers have this type of scenario and how they are using this Potential vs Performance (matrix1placement) grid.
Appreciate any inputs.
