Performance Status: Rejected

Hello Experts,

I oversee P&G and recently reviewed some Performance Plans where I noticed a status marked as "rejected."

I was wondering, as employees should not have the ability to reject a Performance Plan. Could you explain how the system could generate this action?

Please remove below highlighted button permission in Manage Template for Employee in the route step which you dont want to see this and this will fix the issue, please mark this as answer so others can get benefits from the same.
