via successfactors - performance review - even though my employee has "save n closed" i can never get directly into the form...stating user X is still in form and will be avail when user logs out OR automatically in 60 mins" etc...the issue is the user is NOT in it, and more importantly the auto sign out does not work, the counter actually goes negative...when it hits zero it does not let me in, rather it starts counting to -5 or -34 minutes...usually have to wait HOURS or next day before able to access form again.
