Performance Rating in Summary Section

As per Customer High Requirement SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals 

The rating scale to be drop down list from 1 to 5

and the requirement in summary section the rating will be calculated automatically
but to be display as rating from 3 not from 5 as the below
2.5/3 or 4/3 or 4.68/3

how we can build this in the system and what is the workarounds that are can be provided?

@Ahmed_Ammar You can not achieve the 4/3 or 4.68/3 in system.

But you can achieve 2.5/3 by using 5 5-point rating scales at section level and  3-point rating scales in general settings.

In this case, the system will convert the 5-point output into 3 points.
