Hello,
we are currently re-thinking our performance process to make it more easier.
Currently we have the following in place:
1. Performance Objectives from January - December
2. Performance Review in October (inlcuding objectives review)
3. On demand individual performance form (IDP) set up as a regular performance form including development objectives.
We would like to shorten this process so that the performance review is only for the objectives and then have a separate process for development.
How do you manage the development process? We are thinking to have a mid-year performance form for development but probably continous performance would be better.
