Dear all,
The question involves elements of both RBP and Story reporting. A performance objective is an agreement between the employee and their manager. However, our Center of Excellence (CoE) wants to monitor whether each employee has set their objectives. Using RBP, we can access the objective form, but this opens the content of the objectives. In the story report, I exclude the descriptions and focus only on the high-level counts (Objectives ID/Status).
Can we report only on the objective IDs and statuses, without exposing the full objective content?
Thanks

Hi Mirjam,
There is no other way to do that, then to give them access to see goals + access to PMGM Story reporting. However, you can try to do it carefully, for example, maybe test if you can provide the access to goals of employees, but not allowing to access it on PMGM side somehow. That would be enough for Stories. Then, in your report just show the necessary measures and not more (don't add Goal names and descriptions in the Query) and share it with them with an option "View only". Normally, if they will not see anything unless they already have have broad access to build their own reports (which also means they can edit reports). In that case they see more, but you can always check their RBP to be sure.
Kind regards,
Olga
