Hi There,
Not sure if any other organization has encountered this question. However, it as been asked by our HR group to see if the Performance Management > Writing Assistant > Teasers could have gender neutral entries for the teasers.
Current state example of a Teaser for a male could say: "Time management is one of Employee Name's strengths. He sets clear priorities..."
Current state example of a Teaser for a female: "Time management is one of Employee Name's strengths. She sets clear priorities..."
But what if you have employees that identify under other gender indentities, such as non-binary, transgender, gender neutral, how would the writing assistant address the employee in a teaser if they fall into one of these gender identities? Is there a way to address this in the tool?
Request clarification before answering.
Hi Danny
Should it not be easier if you just remove the gender and say
Time management is one of Employee Name's strengths. You being an efficient employee know how to set clear priorities..."
OR
Vinita Kasliwal being an efficient employee knows how to set clear priorities..."
So in the performance description, you talk in Third Person or Second person as below

Vinita
