I'm looking for any insights on how to display ratings in People profile > Performance History Block.
Currently, we have 2 employee groups in the system, and each group is using different rating scales on the form. From our understanding, ratings displayed in People Profile > Performance History block is configured in Processes and Forms page > Rating Scale and the system allows selecting 1 rating scale to display form ratings on the employee's profile. This causes an issue for the other employee group which is not using the same rating scale on their performance forms, because inaccurate ratings are displayed in their profiles.
Has anyone had a similar case? How did you guys manage this?
