Performance Forms

Is there a way to delete a performance form, corrective counseling form, that was created by mistake on an employee? I canceled it and didn't send it to the next step. It's just sitting in my inbox. I am new to Success Factors and was checking things out. This particular employee doesn't need a corrective. I'm wondering how I can delete it and get it out of my inbox.

Hi Jammie,

Yes, you could delete the forms using Admin Center > Delete forms feature.

1. Take the form id of that form, you can see that by hovering your mouse over 'i' button in your inbox beside that form at right corner

2. Then go to Admin Center > Delete Forms, and select the option to search via Form Id

3. Input the form id you copied in step 1 above and hit search

4. once the form is shown in the results, select it and press delete button at the top.

5. system will give you a message instantly with status of deletion request

6. Post this you can validate it back by going into performance inbox and the form should have gone!

A user with system admin access will be able to delete the form for you.
