We have staff acting up in higher level positions for various periods of time. During that time, the acting managers can view, progress and/or complete the direct report's performance forms when received.
The challenge we have is, after the acting period has finished, the staff who are no longer acting are still able to see and access the previous direct report's performance forms. Even though the direct reports no longer report to the acting staff member in the system.
How can we restrict visibility of performance forms so only the employee's current direct manager and matrix manager can see performance forms, and previous/acting managers can't see the forms?

Hi sarahrothery :
On the Form Template Settings, there is an advanced setting "Hide Visibility After Document Transfer" which when checked, it will remove the visibility to the employee forms from the old manager.
Please let me know if this solves your issue.
Thank you.

Hi Sarah
There is a tool called Manage Document Visibility. This tool allows you to remove visibility of forms to those you wish not to have visibility to, in this case, performance forms. I've had to do this on occasion for similar reasons that you are facing. You'll see the tool also allows for a csv upload if there are a number of folks involved.
