Performance Form "evalue" language translation

In the performance form we have a custom textarea field which has a value element. We want to insert the value's language translations. I tried to make it by using msgKey in the form XML, but provisioning system gave an error message like : Attribute "msgKey" must be declared for element type "evalue". How can I translate the value?

I believe the question was misinterpreted.

When you set up a text area you can indeed define a message key and manage the translations using the +Add more, below the field name. However, when you define a evalue for that field (a default text that will be prepopulated within the text area), there is no way to define translations for that within manage templates.

I am also currently struggling with the same issue, so if anyone else has input, it would be greatly appreciated.
