Greetings.
Could you please guide us on below points We are facing challenges in Performance Form Submission.
1. How to configure Email notification to all employees for continuous 5 days post launching the PM form
2. Email notification or aleart messages (until they filled the from - 5 days) to employees who have not filled/submitted their PM form post launching.
3. Email notification to the manager till he approve / take action on his/her subordinates PM Form.
4. Kindly check and suggest how can we set workflow and rule for this.

Please review the KBA below that explain the functionality of the email notifications associated with the PM Forms:
Q: How does system decide when to send out those document/step-due/late notifications to end user?
A: There are Default Due Notification Date (in days) & Default Late Notification Date (in days) configuration via Admin Center > Form Template Settings for each PM template.
Document Due Notification is sent out before Default Due Notification Date (in days) of Form Due Date.
Document Late Notification is sent out after Default Late Notification Date (in days) of Form Due Date.
For the Step Due and Over Due notification when enabled:
Step Due Notification is sent out before Default Due Notification Date (in days) of Step Due Date.
Step Over Due Notification is sent out after Default Late Notification Date (in days) of Step Due Date.
Q: If for example the notifications are set to be sent 7 days before the Due date, will the notification be sent also daily until the Due Date?
A: The email notification will only be triggered once. It will not recur daily once sent.
