Hello Expert,
I have a scenario below for the performance evaluation form routing and I'm hoping if anyone have a solution/complete a set up similar to this and is working successfully.
A performance evaluation form created/launch to an employee. Employee completed the form and send to supervisor/manager for review. Once the first level supervisor/manager completed the review, it then route to the 2nd level manager for review. At this 2nd level manager review, our customer does not want the form to route to a certain 2nd level manager and skip the review/approval to return back to the first level, but only for a group of 2nd level managers. All other 2nd level manager review still required for some other employees. We want to use the same route map for this scenario is possible, but skip a certain 2nd level manager from reviewing/receiving the perf. eval. forms.
Is it possible to accomplish this? Is there a way to add rules to the route map to meet this requirements for using the same route map with the exception above?
Thank you in advance and I appreciated very much for any help!

Hello
Hope you're doing well!
As per the current system functionality, it is not possible to configure a business rule to skip a specific route map step. However, a viable workaround is to set up the 'Manager Assessment' step as an iterative step. In this configuration, the manager can be defined as the entry user and the second-level manager as the exit user.
This setup will provide the first-level manager with two options:
For employees who require a second-level review, the manager can route the form accordingly. Otherwise, they can directly move it to the next step in the process.
Thanks,
Amaan
