Hello Community Members,
We are looking to implement Performance Calibration in SuccessFactors. We have Performance Mgmt, Compensation Mgmt and Succession Mgmt already implemented and operational within SuccessFactors.
At a high level, how much time should we budget for this implementation, if we go all standard with little/no customization?
Any guidance/input on this will be really appreciated.
