Hello ,
I have change people profile sections and order but now I would like the default sections and default sections back, how can I obtain this?
Best practices from Upgrade center did not work...

Unfortunately this wont work. If you have backup system or demo or other system then you can go to Manage Data in that sytstem and download People Profile related data and reconfigure / upload in your system
