People/Employee Profile Header Photo not displaying correctly

Hi

Does anyone have the correct specification that I can give my graphics team for the image in the Employee Profile Header so it shows correctly in the Employee Profile view and not super magnified?

It appears fine on the home page but when I go into the profile, I can only see about 20% of the image.

This sounds familiar. I think there are some OSS notes about it. Here is one that I found really quick, but using same terms, you should be able to find the others.
