Hi All,

We have requirement like we need to do reporting on success factors with the latest sap release of People Analytics for SAP Success Factors. We have few doubts regarding it.

1.Is People Analytics for SAP Success Factors is available as trail version..?If yes can anyone share the link to use it.

2.If sap analytics cloud is embedded in success factors to what extent we can use sac..?

3.What exactly the difference from People Analytics for SAP Success Factors and SAP Analytics Cloud..?

Answer: There is no trial version as such for SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics. If one has the Employee Central license and have attended to all the pre-requisite like enabling report center (upgrading to People Analytics, embedded edition via Upgrade Center) & IAS/IPS configuration in your tenant, then one can explore the features of Report-Story option in SuccessFactors People Analytics. SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics is powered by SAP Analytics Cloud. But please note that not all features available on SAP Analytics Cloud are available in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics but a good number of capabilities are definitely in. 3.What exactly the difference from People Analytics for SAP Success Factors and SAP Analytics Cloud..?

There are four types of licenses for SAP Analytics Cloud and each has its own set of capabilities. Please check the Help Portal links that have more details:

The framework of Report-Story in People Analytics is derived from SAP Analytics Cloud but you may not find all capabilities like Creating a Geo Map, Creating Point of Interest, as discussed in Analyzing Geographical Data of SAC Guide, and many other features documented in this guide as this may not be relevant to SuccessFactors People Analytics. But as you know the roadmap is continuously reviewed and new capabilities are always developed in both products. So I would suggest looking at respective Help Portal documentation to know and understand the product capabilities as well as its limitations.
