People Analytics for Performance Management

Dear All

We are working on a Performance management proposal.

The client, next to the Performance Module implementation, would like to have dashboards inside SuccessFactors with easy access, but also easy understanding of PM data.

Consider that the EC module is live and it’s the master of Employees Data.

We are wondering if People Analytics can support this type of requirement: we have already work on that, implementing the standard stories or configuring custom ones, but always in Employee Central area.

As far as we can see, no standard template stories are available for PM module, so no idea if the tool can support this point.

Hi m_amodei,

Yes people stories work with PMGM, specially if you want to report on Continuous Performance management and Continuous feedback related features, it works specifically with story reports only.

We have this in Report Stories. I do have a recent post/question though, we are experiencing issues showing the actual manager for each performance review period. Other than this, our performance management is fine in stories 🙂

Thanks Lessie for sharing! I think that the manager topic is connected to the "flat" info in Employee Profile. If you have EC in your istance, maybe you can base the report on Manager field in Job Information?

Hi Maria - For PMGM, standard dashboards/tile reports are available. Please check Manage Dashboards within Admin Center and add as many tiles/dashboard reports as required from Success store. See below screenshots for reference:

Once added from SuccessStore, these can be made available in home page and accessed via Quick Actions as shown below.

Click on 'View Tile Reports' and a pop-up screen would show all such tile reports.

One can click on each tile and expand to see the data and if needed can download as well in excel/csv formats.
