People Analytics - Deprecation of classic design experience

Hello Everyone, 

as you probably noticed - Classic Design Experience in People Analytics Story will be deprecated and customers have to convert their reports created in CDE to Optimized Design Experience. 

One of limitations of Optimized Design Experience is that it doesn't support blending data in tables/charts. 

Many customers use the blending data feature in their stories. And after conversion from CDE to ODE the tables/chars that used blending data become useful. 

So the questions are: Is there any workaround for that? Is SAP planning to enable the blending data feature in Optimized Design Experience before deprecation of Classic Design Experience?

Hi @lukaszkubiak ,

Thank you for posting your query and a valid question. Currently Blending in Table widget is not supported in ODE (Optimized Design Experience). We are aware of this and working towards closing this gap. Unfortunately there is no workaround for this in ODE if table widget is your requirement and you will have to continue using the Classic Design stack for now.

Hi there, thank you for you reply. Is the aim to close this gap before completely retiring Classic Design ? We have several very useful and well built reports which depend on blending. It is making it impossible to convert these reports to the ODE. Thank you - Aisling

Hi Anyon, I have one more question. Will it be possible to use linked dimension for blended visualization in Optimized Design Experience Mode in the future?
