People Analitycs - Issue with loading story reports

Dear SAP Community,

I'm reaching out to see if anyone has encountered an issue with Story reports not loading. At my client's organization, the reports work fine for most users, but for a small group, they keep loading indefinitely. We've tried various browsers. cleared cache and cookies, but no luck. Interestingly, when I log in directly to these users accounts, the reports load without any issues on my side. 

Has anyone faced something similar or have any advice? Any insights would be greatluy appreciated

Tengo implementado PEOPLE ANALYTIC en SSFF ya tengo creados algunos indicadores sin embargo quiero crear roles de autorizaciones para que los usuarios a los que les asigne este indicador solo puedan ver la información de sus direcciones o áreas, como debo definir los roles para que esto suceda.

That sounds a lot like what happens when the user trying to access stories wasn't loaded into SAC by IPS. You can verify this in the check tool in admin center. Its under the validation sub header

You can access stories via proxy because story reporting doesn't respect proxy. You are effectively logging in as yourself even in proxy
