Has anyone received feedback on pending workflows for users that has been removed from the workflow group they are a member of? This is during the case when a workflow was initiated prior the user being removed from the workflow group due to cases such as moving to a new role, but tile still remains in their home page due to the workflow remaining on pending.
Currently, there is no option as an end user to completely remove or hide it. They will no longer have access to view the workflow, but it will still remain in their homepage as long as it is in pending status.
This can sometimes cause inconvenience to the previous approver who no longer needs the information in their homepage. I have raise an improvement request to either provide admins option to manually remove these workflows from the user's end or add a new check tool validation to remove workflows for invalid approvers as of check tool run date.
