Pending Termination Workflow details to be sent to Identity management system.

Hello Experts ,

 With our current setup of Successfactors to Identity System,  the integration triggers only when the termination workflow is fully approved. Because of this some of the users may retain access for a few days post-termination.

So while brainstorming one of the ideas was to provide the pending termination workflow data to the identity team ( via API) including the effective date of termination record and they can take further action.

I tried using Mypendingworkflow API or wfRequest API which had its own set of issues where we cannot get effective date in the former and event reason not filterable in the latter.

So I am here seeking guidance for this use case in case anyone has encountered this issue.

Hi, we have the same challenge and we have not come up with a solution but I saw this blog with a concept that we are looking at to meet this requirement. Maybe it can work for this scenario?
