Payslip history not displaying

Hi 

when trying to view payslip in Employee central the error comes

We are unable to view payslip periods 

And it gives error code 301 or 302.

any ideas how to resolve?

Hi, 

There are steps to solve this error in KBA 3193597 It contain several possible solution steps that may vary depending the error text. 

For those errors mainly check ODATA, user on Su53 and SU01 as well as BADI with periods is correctly implemented. as per note 3039488
