Hi,
Has anyone else experienced an employee not being able to view the history of their payslips intermittently?
It feels like it's only this one employee and every time I try to troubleshoot, the history displays properly. We have tried deleting cookies, different browsers etc but nothing seems to work. This only happens some times but payroll have confirmed payslip history access is not turned off when pays are being processed.
