Payroll PCR to get Weekly/Annual Working hours

Hi Experts,

The OT calc formula is (Monthly Pay * 12) / (52 * No of Weekly working hours)

Is there any standard variable available in PCR for annual/weekly working hours like TSDIVP (Monthly working hours)? Pls assist to come up with the above OT formula.

it means your OT should be calculated based on the Rate which is derived from the above logic.

Monthly Pay, May I know if you are having the list of wage types which are inclusive of Monthly pay.

what do you mean by no of weekly working hours ? Do you have monthly payroll or biweekly payroll?

Hi Sikindar, We are running Monthly payroll and the formula to calculate over time is ( monthly salary * 12 ) / (52 i.e., number of weeks in an year .. * Number of working hours in a week)

the valuation basis is calculated correctly. The issue is IT0007 Annual working hours is hard coded to 2288 (52 i.e., no of weeks in a year * IT0007 no of hours worked in a week). We need to write a rule to replace the hard code value 2288. Thanks

I Believe we need to write the rule based on VARB by using TABLE508A operation. Why cannot we change rule to get Hourly Rate for monthly? RTE=TKSOLL and RTE/TKDIVI we can also use the constant from Table T511K
