Payroll control center - Note 2691133 - Validation rules and KPIs for specific employees

Hi Experts,

We have a need to execute payroll by company code via payroll control center. As suggested in OSS note 2691133 2691133 - Payroll Control Center: Executing process instance for specific employees - SAP ONE Suppor... , we did the changes mentioned in the note for the steps Create Test Payroll Data, Initiate policies and Monitoring steps(via methods GET_OTHER_PARAMS and GET_SPECIFIC_PARAMS).Our process works fine now and it is running payroll only for the selected employees in the company code in the Create Test Payroll Data step. But the steps Initiate Policies and Monitoring are running the validation rules and KPIs for all the employees in the payroll area and not just the employees belonging to the company code(as per the logic coded in the methods GET_OTHER_PARAMS and GET_SPECIFIC_PARAMS).

Do you know why KPIs and Validation rules are running for all the employees instead of the employees belonging to the company code. Why is the employee selection not respected in Initiate policies and Monitoring steps?
