Colorado requires employers post pay ranges in their job postings. NYC is next. Although, it hasn't been determined yet if it'll be May 15, 2022, or in November 1, 2022. The pay ranges will be very different in NYC versus Colorado. We had created two picklists (one for salary and one for hourly) for the Job Requisition for recruiters to choose the range from for the Colorado jobs and corresponding Footer Content (Colorado Salary and Colorado Hourly radio buttons), but with the addition of NYC, and probably other states to follow, how are other customers handling adding the different pay ranges for the different states in job postings?
