Dear,
we implemented mini employee central for onboarding 2.0 . In new hire data step on the selection of pay scale level field in compensation information section certain pay components should be auto populate. Business rule is assigned but it’s not auto populating.
our requirement is to auto populate pay components on selection of pay scale level field in compensation information section.

In this guide it is mentioned that in order to assign the pay component based on pay scale structure for new hires the rule base object must be Employee Information. It also contains an example for the rule.
