Pay Component Group on Monthly Salary

Hi Community,

we have already in the system a Pay Component Group for the Annualized Salary and we would like to set up a Pay Component Group for Monthly Salary.

We see that conceptually is a bit tricky, because there might be Pay Components that are not on a Monthly basis (therefore creating Annualized Salaries allows to compare "apples with apples"), but I would like to know if any of you had this experience and, in case, how did you set it up.
