For one Internal candidate, there are two cp records available in E-rec. 1. CP record with alias not mapped with pernr. 2. CP record with Pernr mapped with external user profile. Because of this system not considering the user as internal candidate and so not able to apply for any jobs through internal career site.
We have tried ALE the master data in both insert and update mode but E-rec profile not getting created/updated.
We have tried to delete those cp records individually using program 'RCF_USER_DELETE' but they are not getting deleted. Please advise.
