Parent picklist value from Req to Application template

Hi everyone!

I try to connect a parent picklist from Requisition to Application template. We need to separate different picklist values by Country.

Example: if the requisition is posting for Canada set picklist field value in the Application template with information to Canada, and if the requisition is posting for US set the same picklist field but with different values to US.

Any idea to solve this?
