Hello,
We are manually logging the breaks. If the break is less then 30 Min. then its considered as paid break and it should get added to Working time account, if the Break is more then 30 min, it is unpaid break it should not be added to working time. I have created Break as an attendance , with the threshold value as 30 min along with Time type groups below and above. The 30 min paid break is correctly getting added to Working time Account, However, Recorded Working time (top right section of the the Timesheet) still considers the whole attendance time (Break), it compromises on UI. Is there a solution. We don't want to enforce employees to use only 30 min break due to legal requirements, hence system to deduct 30 min from the total (Attendance - Break), add 30 min to Working time account and consider only 30 min. into Recorded working time.
Thanks
Shilpa

Hello Shilpa,
you could create 2 different time types: break above 30 minute = break time type.
Break less 30 minutes = of category "extra time type". You can post the extra time type to the working time account as well, but it does not show up in the "recorded working time section".
Best regards
Volker
