PA48 Hiring of Transferred Employees

After performing the necessary tasks on the Recruiter's portal, we are trying to use transaction PA48 to kick-off the Hiring Action.  The address data is not being populated because in e-Recruitment we are asking for the applicant's home address (subtype 3), but the address in the Hiring Action is the permanent address (subtype is 1).  Is there any way to convert the subtypes so that the data will populate correctly?  Or is there a way to change which address subtype is used in e-Recruiting for the candidate profile?

Thanks in advance for any advice!

Hi Deborah,

In the datatransfer activity we take the address from the business partner and send that to HR. This should then be visible in the IT0006 of the hiring action. Is the address taken over when FM HR_PREPARE_NEW_EE is called?

Regards,

Nicole

We found a note that resolved the address issue - 1726051.  Now the problem is that nothing is going over to PA48.  I perform the recruiter process of data transfer and get the message that the data transfer is in process, but nothing gets sent to PA48.  I don't see any error messages.  Is there a step that we've missed in config?

Thanks so much for your continued assistance!  It is most greatly appreciated!

Did you check the KBA 1775448 in case of any missing config step?

We have RECFA DTCBA and RECFA HRRFC set as indicated. I checked SM59, and the connection is ABAP connection.  We have an integrated setup.  There are no error messages, but there is nothing showing up in table T752F.  I can see the data in 5140.  Is there another way to check for errors/messages?

Thank you!
