P2P recommendations Columns missing in LMS Data dictionary

Hi,
I was trying to build a custom report using Plateau Report Designer. I wanted to fetch the Peer to Peer recommendation data.
There are four tables - 1. PA_P2P_RECOMMENDATION

2.PA_P2P_RECOMMENDED_USER

3.PA_P2P_STUD_SUGGESTER

4.PA_P2P_STUD_SUGGESTION

I used data from table 1 and 2 initially but it did not pull any data after 2023.

But when I tried with table 3 and 4, I was able to pull the real-time data.

In table 1 and 2, there were item ID and Item type ID columns available but table 3 and 4 do not as they now have "Entity type" and "Entity ID" respectively which are NOT same as the Item details.

There is not a common table which links the item entity details to item details as well.
Anyone who found a fix to map these entities to items?
