Dear all,
We have a request in Performance & Goals:
Client requirement: to enable further steps in the performance approval workflow to be enabled only for those users who want to complain about their performance evaluation (grievance). So, at the and of the performance review cycle, the Employee should be able to: sign off the form, so to send it in the Completed step, OR, to send the form to the HR for the grievance.
Question: Based on this requirement, is it possible for the employee to choose into the performance form if they want to sign the form and send it to the completed step AND to have the possibility to send the form to the HR for the grievance through Rejecting button?

Request clarification before answering.
@Konstantina If we have reject button option then once employee click on this button then form from will go from signature step to the last modify step.So if you want form should go back to HR then you should configure your last Modify stage route step owner as HR .
