Overwriter employee´s work schedule with other value skipping validations (Import/Integr. Cent.)

Hello colleagues,

I am trying to do it by job info import and Integration Center, both of them are prompting errors as "Department x is not associated with business unit x" or, "X business unit value is inactive, not valid, or null" but currently i don´t care what value do they have now and has nothing to do with my aim which is deleting or changing a specific work schedule to another one. I just need to make this change without having to correct all the other records that are showing an error message. Is this possible to be done, either by activating some functionality in Provisioning, Imports or Integration center? Is there any button to "cancel the validations or mandatory fields" when importing a file?

Doubtful. You could give a crack at Mass Data Management, but my guess is that that won't overwrite it either.
