Overall in performance managment

Hello, dears,

I'm facing an issue with what is the difference between the following (overall rating - manual rating -calculated rating - adjusted rating )

also, I have an issue when the HR representative route form step back to give the manager re-evaluate his subordinate 3 instead of 5

the form in the summary at the end shows the old one (5) not 3 why does that happen

overall rating - The rating field in the summary section where users give the overall form rating.

manual rating - Employee with this rating permission can give directly the overall rating of form.It is also called as overall form rating

calculated rating - The rating field in the summary section where the calculated overall form rating is shown.System automatically calculates the rating based different section ratings

adjusted rating - this is the rating when we use adjusted rating here we define range of rating and then whatevr rating comes in the range the output is as per calculation , for eg we configured it if rating is from 1 to 1.9 then make it 1 ,then rating will be 1 , and these setting is done in general setting of PM form .
