I have an issue when overall Form Rating when Performance Potential Summary Section is Enabled. I found two KBAs https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2439933 and https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/3217220 but with both of them I am getting different results, neither of them match my request.
1. If I followes the second kba - which is related to the next article, https://blogs.sap.com/2022/01/13/overall-form-rating-when-performance-potential-summary-section-is-e.... I can see the Allow Override of Unrated Manual Rating is working for the summary section but not for the performance potential summary any advise for this.
What I understand from the second kba is that it is possible to enable manual potential rating and not necessarily have a manual performance rating to get the result.overall-performance.jpg
