Hi all is it possible to report on who has been sent a feedback request however has not replied to it? We havent got Story reports switched on as yet
the Business asked me for a report to identify feedback requests that had not been responded to. As far as I can see, the feedback records only become available for reporting once the feedback response has been submitted. I can't find any way to report feedback requests that haven't been responded to yet. Do you know if I'm missing something? Thank you
