Hello,
at the moment we try to connect Outlook with our SuccessFactors instance to use it in Recruiting. This worked well for test system but it does not for Productive system. SAP Support told us to put the IP address on the Whitelist of our server. This is not possible as we work with Microsoft exchange online. Our IT department has no chance to make any changes here. What else can be done or has someone an idea what the problem might be here?
