We have an sftp file in the integration center where the outbound file goes blank before it is scheduled to send to our vendor. Example, this morning there was data on the file and our integration is scheduled to run at 4:30pm PST. When I checked the file at 4:15pm PST the file was empty. The strange thing is the outbound file was running just fine up until 11/04/23. Since then the file keeps showing as empty and I don't know what time of the day is goes from having data to none.
Has anyone ever experienced this issue and how can it be fixed? Any guidance and information would be greatly appreciated!
