Is possible create two integrations(outbound Integration and inbound integration).ie that I can set up an outbound Integration to an SFTP, and then a different inbound integration to fetch that file from the SFTP and read it and use a specific field to filter the information ?

technically this is possible, yes.
But I'm not sure, if I understand the scenario correctly. Maybe you can give some more information to help you with this.

Do you want the data in the file on the SFTP to be changed by a different tool? Or is it merely to get the inbound integration job to filter on certain fields?
If the later, this might be done in a different way also.
