Orphan Person ID in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Hello All

There is a check called "There are no Orphan Person IDs" which returned few orphan IDs with the last modified date and last modified by. Is there any possible way to find out what modifications are done on those orphan IDs? Can we retrieve the original IDs of the orphan person IDs using ad-hoc/canvas reports?

Dear Tejasri, 

There is no specific report available to check what caused these IDs to become orphaned. 

However this usually occurs due to one of two actions. Please review the following KBA which provides more context as to how this can occur and why:
