Organizational Management - Recruitment Integration.

Hi Experts,

When we create vacancy for a position in OM we enter the employee group & employee sub group details.When the same position is assigned to a recruitment instrument again we have to enter the employee group & employee subgroup.

What is the methodology to integrate OM with recruitment so that we don't have enter the same(employee group & subgroup details) in recruitment while entering applicant details.

Request if anyone can help me out with this.

Your observation is going wrong somewhere because if you are maintaining employee group / subgroup at the position level then this is by default picked the moment you enter position while highring employee.

Can I request you to please check this again as PA OM Integration is by default avaialble.

Enter the position and select the personal area while running the hiring action and the rest will be pulled from the position automatically.

please confirm this.
