I have a scenario where the Org replication structure in EC is different from S4/ HANA . We are replicating data from EC to S4/HANA . We have multiple managers assigned to multiple users in EC . we also have mass positions which needs to be mapped in S4/HANA . All these mass positions have been kept in one position in EC in a dummy position at a level higher . We also have different relationship matrix for these managers . Example employee 1 reports to dummy1 but has relationship mentor1 , Mentor 2 etc. These Mentor 1 , Mentor 2 positions are holder of different managers .
I have worked with basic set up of BIB or Org replication your guidance would be highly appreciated . How do we manage situations like this when the structure of EC is different than the structure of S4/hana and how do we create the right relationships in S4/HANA . Can this be handled in mapping ? BADI ? or some where in staging area ?
